• My role was pivotal in preparing, communicating, tracking space planning and merchandising projects for Safeway/Albertsons retail stores. I directly collaborated with Safeway management in the process of project.
• Scheduled, coordinated, executed Albertsons/Safeway division merchandising projects, tracked their completeness and communicated any issues/concerns
• Collected project specifications from Albertsons managers and analysts and communicated those specifications to a team of merchandisers and Safeway stores personnel
• Monitored and recapped projects labor requirements and provided recommendations on needed labor adjustments
• Identified and ordered hardware needs following constructions guidelines and obtained funding agreements from the vendors
• Assisted the management with the publishing of the division master calendar and communicated the changes.
