As a dedicated Mortgage Broker, I provide a personalised service to assist homeowners/future homeowners to secure finance for homes, specialising in areas such as overseas income, temporary visas, trusts and Investment Lending, Rural and Construction.With providing one-on-one consultancy I successfully guide my clients through the loan processes, gathering documents, securing appraisals and titles, whilst assisting my clients to understand the intricacies of loan process before signing. I have successfully written and originated $250 million in Residential and Commercial Loans, as well as providing recruitment services for four mortgage brokers and six administration support staff. Throughout this period, I have liaised and communicated with various personnel to develop referral partners industry-wide through real estate agencies, accountants, lawyers and financial planners.

Throughout this period as Branch Manager/Home Finance, I have successfully interviewed customers and approved home loans with the branch, including supervising and managing staff to overseeing all financial reporting, as well as training staff to ensure the growth of the branch and its revenue.
