In my role as Application Manager and Customer Relationship Coordinator at Simulations Plus, Inc., I combine development of MonolixSuite software and building strong, collaborative relationships with customers.I contribute to MonolixSuite by designing new features, writing specifications, testing, and creating user-friendly documentation to ensure our software remains innovative and accessible. I also deliver software demonstrations for new clients and presentations to current customers, highlighting new developments and tailored solutions to meet their needs.Through trainings and workshops—online, at client sites, and during conferences—I empower users to maximize the software's potential. Additionally, I lead marketing efforts, create impactful content, and represent MonolixSuite at conferences.My goal is to enhance user experience and productivity, driving impactful results for their research and decision-making processes.

As an Application Manager at Simulations Plus, Inc., in the Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics Solutions, my role largely mirrors that of a Field Application Scientist. My responsibilities involve technical support to MonolixSuite users, conducting customer training and workshops (online and onsite), and development of MonolixSuite software.

* I used mathematical methods and modeling intuition to develop an innovative model of complex teeth patterning in mice by integrating several processes - Turing instability, traveling waves, chemotaxis - into one solution in agreement with biological assumptions. * In collaboration with biologists I investigated the model numerically and obtained correct parametrization to reproduce characteristic patterning structures and I validated the model qualitatively on the most relevant scenarios. * This project has received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program (grant agreement No 639638), resulted in 2 publications, 2 conference presentations and 2 thematic seminars.

TITLE: Parametrization of brain tumor growth models using MRI images Logical and detail oriented approach together with solid coding skills, used in the developmentof Matlab algorithms, lead to an analytic comparison of MRI data of 13 human brains andstochastic parameter estimation of tumor growth model.

Title: Development of numerical methods for kinetic models of chemotaxis- Learning and applying new methods, showed by development and implementation of improvednumerical schemes for a kinetic model of chemotaxis, enabled capturing correctly main characteristics - profile and speed - of traveling waves of bacteria E.Coli aggregates.- Knowledge of mathematical theory and creativity, demonstrated during testing and validatingof numerical solutions, revealed 2 new model features: (non-)uniqueness and (bi-)stability.

Two projects aiming at modeling cells phenomena:• growth and differentiation of stem cells into cardio-spheroids,• intra-extra cellular transport of DNA plasmids on complex geometries.- Enthusiasm, cross domain knowledge and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, while modeling and simulation of innovative biological experiments, resulted in 2 novel mathematical models of human cells development published in 2 international journals.- Patience and clarity in teaching as evidenced by giving 4 advance courses at university, various open seminars on mathematics and supervising 2 master students.

Member of Opale Project Team; Project Tram3: Modeling and optimization of crowd dynamics- Judging concepts and applicability of crowd dynamics models lead to advancing the state of the art of pedestrian modeling and optimization, while exploring novel strategies resulted in 2 publications on improvement of pedestrian evacuation by adding obstacles.- Programming skills, demonstrated by implementing pedestrian models solvers in C++, helped in the development of the multidisciplinary simulation platform num3sis.
