After three months of a tenant passing an inspection and proving to pay rent, we sell the property to investors worldwide. What makes us different is that we select the best areas in which to invest, which draws the best tenants. We are also selective about our investors we work with because we continue to manage the property. Our company is built on ethics and high standards. Our average ROI for our investors is 15%.

I use my real estate license to purchase my Detroit properties. Once the property is renovated, I place a tenant. After the tenant has proven to be a good payer and takes care of our investment, I sell the homes to investors from all over the world.

I used to be a freelance deposition court reporter. I held titles of CSR and RPR, state and national achievements. I was one of the first reporters in my area to break into real-time court reporting. This enabled the attorneys to read the deposition on a laptop as it was being transcribed. I also had other court reporters who worked for me. After my children were born, I sold the business and did a little proofreading for other court reporters.
