As a Feature Engineer within Financial Markets I made sure that the right solutions were chosen and delivered. I designed multiple solutions and coordinated the implementations of, future proof cloud migrations, DC moves and SAAS onboardings. I was actively involved in Risk related IT implementations and coached teams in the Agile WoW. Furthermore I optimized the Business Requirements Analysis to come to a better solution implementation roadmap.

The Solution Architect is responsible for retrieving and translating business requirements and technology requirements to end-to-end solutions meeting ING architecture standards. This in close collaboration with the Enterprise Architects, the application owners and the delivering ICT suppliers (internal and external).My focus is, on one hand designing for modern infrastructure applications: in a private cloud with automatic deployement and on the other hand participate in innovation programs investigating the use of the new cutting edge technologies, currently available.Results: ICT infrastructure solution designs for: New and later on the redesign of the High Performance Computing Infrastructure; Financial Markets Front- and Back office systems; e-portal for trade matching system and risk management systems.
