Assist principal investigator and designee in troubleshooting various problems related to the management of the research study.Assist in all aspects of the data collection process.Maintains appropriate participant records as necessary, including charting the condition of the participant and determining his/her continued eligibility in the study.Maintain study binders and other data in an organized and easily accessible fashion following established procedures.Collect data on study participants, complete source documentation worksheets as needed.Maintain compiles statistics for administrative and regulatory purposes.Perform administrative and clerical duties including data collection, data entry, data tracking, and creation of reports and graphs pertinent to the study.Perform technical procedures on participants under the direction of the principal investigator or her/his designee.Assist with recruitment of participants for the research study including tracking the sources of patient referrals.Obtains and interprets pertinent data from medical records as needed to understand past and present condition of the participants.Consults and cooperates with all faculty, coordination centers, sponsors, and health professionals involved in the clinical study.Ensure compliance with study protocol, FDA and IRB regulations, and assists in maintenance of regulatory documents, assuring resolution of all quality-control discrepancies related to data and research documents

Complete individualized patient care plans and perform care management and care coordination services via the Cosán Group software platform.Frequent contact with patients to provide care coordination, support, and manage compliance with the care management programs to increase positive outcomes.Document all client communications (verbal or written) accurately.Communication to and from Primary Care Clinician or designee regarding patient emergent needs and/or life-threatening episodes and to ensure comprehensive care plans are complete and accurate.Keep Team Supervisor informed of all issues pertinent to the care plan process and any known or perceived issues.Demonstrate ability to work with various cross-organizational areas to meet the needs of the Company’s clients.Become skilled at using technology including the care management platform, secure email, Vonage, Electronic Medical Records, etc.Adherence to documentation protocols and best practices for daily work logs, escalation of client issues, and internal communications.Excellent customer service skills demonstrated by positive feedback from customers and patients.Contribute as a positive member of the department by supporting all members of the team in a productive and constructive manner.
