    I managed the Travel, Logistics and Events for the USC Band. I arranged no less than 10 trips per year, from small groups of 10 to trips for over 300 people, sometimes arranging over 20 trips per year. I managed the planning and logistics for domestic and international travel while at the same time managing the rest of my event workload. I planned concerts, golf tournaments, receptions, meetings, conference style events and other events as directed. I also collaborated with many other offices on campus and all over Los Angeles to coordinate the band's appearance at events such as events for the USC President, USC Alumni Association and many other departments on campus. Off campus I coordinated appearances on TV shows, Movies, Awards Ceremonies and much more as directed (usually for groups larger than the "10-Piece" band).My portfolio also consisted of assisting with direct mail fundraising campaigns and event planning to support those fundraising efforts. I also Interfaced and communicated with Alumni Band members annually to engage them for events and homecoming.
