Facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process for open positions.• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, and industry.• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.• Collaborates with the hiring manager and HR Manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding and new hire orientation, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.• Serve as the primary backup for part-time employee payroll processing.• Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.• Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.• Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole and improve the employee experience.• Assists with ensuring legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws.• Performs other duties as assigned.
