- Generated over $400,000 in sponsorship revenue over the course of three months for the 2017 ISSA International Conference. Generated additional non-dues revenue to support other ISSA programs including but not limited to webinars, publications, and CISO Executive Forums.- Led member development and promotional initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns and increased presence at trade show events such as Black Hat USA, RSA Conference, and MIS TI InfoSec World. Worked with member services team to grow ISSA International membership by 10% in one year.- Managed direct mail and digital marketing campaigns to promote the ISSA International Conference. Enhanced brand identity and attendee engagement for the Conference. Stewardship- Responsible for the donor acknowledgement and stewardship process, including collaboration with involved departments (Solutions Center, Accounting and IT)- Manage input of all NHF and Global Partners in Care donations, including web, check, gift-in-kind, events and pledge payments in to netFORUM Maintains streamlined process of donation data entry and inputs donor related data and research as needed- Track contact, donor and prospect information in netFORUM database- Responsible for monthly reporting to Tributes.com, Optum, Intrepid, and Queen City- Serve as the primary resource for database reports for Access and Philanthropy- Maintain and update handbook for Office of Philanthropy procedures and communicates updates with office staff- Provide oversight and direction for the donor acknowledgement process and ensure that donor notification is timely and accurate (72-hour turnaround maximum)- Provide recommendation for donor outreach to the Philanthropy team based on donor giving levels, trends, and giving historyAnnual Fund- Design, promote, and implement appeals to existing donor base, both direct mail and Informz e-mail- Prepare mail or email donor communications tailored to target markets- Create and maintain the NHF Gift Catalog website and donations received- Serve as primary team contact for the Lighthouse of Hope Fund and the Become a Fundraiser program- Create and maintain the NHF Fundraiser manual and Razoo pagesMarketing- Write and develop content for social media- Write and develop content for Giving Matters (NHF Quarterly newsletter)- Maintain and develop content for NHPCO’s Instagram account- Collaborate on marketing and related materials to promote coordination of capital campaign, planned giving, and donor recognition and stewardship efforts across the organization
