Provide Finance services for employee workforce of up to 5,000 employees in two San Diego park locations and off-site sales offices in Arizona and Los Angeles. Emphasis on payroll, cash control, and compliance in a rapidly changing environment. Manage up to 40 team members including interview & selection, employee relations, dispute resolution, and performance management. Budget planning, presentation, and P&L management. Partner with marketing, entertainment, and revenue departments to effectively execute promotions and new products.
