- Management reporting, budgeting, ad hoc analysis:To ensure that the director is appraised of key financial issues that need to be discussed with the Management Board to enable them tofully understand the financial position of the institution. Responsible for the annual audit process in conjunction with the appointed auditors to ensure statutory accounts are produced within the required deadlines as stipulated by the management board.- Financial accounting and reporting: To be responsible for all monthly reporting, compliance, annualaccounts and VAT reporting.To ensure that budgets and management accounts accurately reflect the business activity, that accruals and other adjustments are being made correctly, that variances from budget and other issues are investigated and resolved.- Financial systems, procedures & internal controls:To work with the team leaders of the arbitration cases to develop finance policies and procedures and ensure that these are being consistently followed.- Other IT systems and applications: Responsible for all company IT including management of outsourced IT contract.- Responsible for the finalization of the financials of the arbitration cases.

At the Finance Department of RBTT Aruba Bank NV I've worked as a Sr. Officer Accounting. My job included the setup and analysis of the monthly profit and loss statement and the balance sheet. The setup of the monthly financial statement for the Central Bank of Curacao and also the setup and analysis of several other Financial Reports

I've completed my bachelor thesis in the Economics and Planning Department of the Valero Aruba Refinery. My thesis entails the research of a more economical fuelgas system for the refinery.

I started to work as a Teller at Aruba Bank, after one year I've applied and was accepted to work as an administation officer at the Credit Card Department. I have performed many duties in this department such as reconciliation of accounts, merchant assistance, preparation of several reports for Master Card and Visa, cardholder assistance, data entry of payments and others.
