Our flagship system, the PWT Auto XCS, is a fully automatic P-GMAW welding system capable of delivering high-quality welds from root (with or without copper backing) to cap for welding mainline and NDRC’s, including FCAW for crossings and tie-ins. In addition to our automatic welding solution, we provide experienced welding crews, field service technicians, and project welding support. This includes welding procedure development, WPS documentation preparation, operator training, and support during PQT/WQT and AUT validation phases (including ECA).
