Conduct requirements studies, gap analysis & develop functional specification/system design specification for business system requirements. Perform business support activities, troubleshoot & provide user training on business application system. Create, maintain and update test scenarios, automated test scripts and test cases based on requirement specifications. Execute and report result of automated and manual test and troubleshoot issues in automated test script.
