Current• Monitoring – Prepared M&E plan based on indicators of the project related to health with the support of donor Global Fund and National Aid control Program.• Prepared ToRs (Narrative & Analysis) of the visit and share with M&E manager and higher management for their feedback and final approval• Visit to all across the Pakistan 44 cities to measure progress against target and validation implementation task against indicators of project• Arranged debrief session after the visit and share best practice and area of gap for improvement• Prepared filed monitoring visit report and share further with management to take decision• Closely worked with M&E manager and director operation to reinforce decision by management for corrective action to the (field offices) 44 CoPCs + sites of NZT.• Regular coordination with field team 44 cities to measures progress i.e. target v/s achievements of key indicators of project.• Regular and continued coordination with NZMIS team and M&E manager to cross validation of indicators reported in NZMIS from field team on periodic and need based• Informed and guide program team at PR level (Islamabad Office) in case of dashboard reflect progress behind from target or overachieved from field team• Ensured reporting to donors as per LFA of project with the coordination of M&E manager and NZMIS team e.g. PUDR• Data analysis on monthly basis to measure the results and reported to the M&E manager for PUDR.• Ensured program team in the filed new staff site managers have good understanding on HIV and related indicators of the health include global fund target at Pakistan level• Evaluation - Coordinated and ensured compliance through desk-based assessment of data utilizing M&E tool i.e. internal monitoring checklist on biannual basis to 44 CoPc + sites against each of components of project to track errors, gaps and suggested rectification for assurance of data accuracy and record lesson learned for workshop
