In my role, I support website updates and execute digital marketing campaigns for GLOBE Series, Delphi, Leading Change, and CBSR. As the company's digital marketer, I balance priorities between our four companies and work on a variety of tasks including; ◦ Managing digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google◦ Drafting and sending out GLOBE's monthly newsletter (estimated reach of 20,000 subscribers)◦ Maintaining and updating websites (Wordpress, Bizzabo, CVENT)◦ Drafting project plans, communicating project status reports, and generating post-project reports for the Marketing Manager◦ Liaising with third-party digital, graphic, photography, public relations, video, and web providers

As a digital marketer, I assisted local business owners in transforming their business models to adapt to the rapidly changing circumstances caused by the pandemic. In collaboration with my team of five, I worked on key tasks such as;◦ Conducting SEO research using AHREFS and MOZ◦ Scheduling content calendars and posting social media content◦ Creating social media strategies, audits, and recommendations ◦ Preparing email marketing lists, templates, and automation using MailChimp◦ Setting up Facebook Ad Campaigns◦ Writing instructional guides to educate and help clients maintain marketing strategy after project completionOur team works in a dynamic setting, rotating clients on a two-week basis. We strategize, implement solutions, and present to the client within these time constraints. The nature of this position allows me to execute marketing in a variety of product and service industries.

As an intern, I helped develop and execute marketing for Cookie Jar's mobile application. From branding to content creation I was hands-on in all aspects leading to our product launch. At times I worked independently on key tasks such as;◦ Conducting extensive SEO research and using findings to optimize content including landing pages, website content, and blog articles◦ Creating social media strategies and contributing to content marketing, including blog posts, infographics, and social media posts◦ Preparing and following up on outreach lists with prospective partners (i.e influencers, partners, industry leaders) ◦ Designing company collateral (presentations, social media content, and mockups) using Figma◦ Organizing company-wide team bonding on a weekly basisMy role also included orchestrating larger tasks amongst our team (2-3 other interns). I oversaw projects related to social media and business strategies. My team and I created and delivered presentations to the company's founders on topics such as branding, competitors' analysis, and go-to-market strategy.

As a keyholder, I supervised the store and 1-2 employees each shift, making sure to establish work priorities to meet daily sales goals. My responsibilities beyond customer service included preparing weekly payroll, employee performance trackers, and monthly store audits. I worked with management to troubleshoot issues and was responsible for helping execute visual updates and marketing for the store. During my time with the company, I was awarded YM Inc.'s Tom Martin Scholarship to further pursue a path in business.
