In charge of Worldwide Logistic (Transportation & Warehousing) and Manufacturing Support (machinery, MRO, Tooling, Simulator's painting, Spare Parts) commodities- Purchasing scope = $ 70 million USD): Analysis, Categorization, Strategy and Implementation.- Implementation of purchasing strategies on the following subcategories: CAE simulators worldwide Transportation and Stores production line with achievement of Strategic Sourcing Plans: o Needs Analysis (Supply & Risk Management, Quality, Relationship, Cost, Innovation), Cost Analysis (ABC / Pareto / Approach TCO), Market Analysis (Porter's five Forces, Constraints and Kraljic matrices), SWOT Anlaysis o Strategy's definition by identifying 6 internal and external purchasing levers, definition of objectives and KPIs for improving current performance, Risk Analysis (Risk matrix for categorization and prioritization) o Recommendation and approval of a strategy for the subcategory. o Implementation of the identified strategies- Project leader on a reduction and process improvement initiative for the painting of CAE simulators o Identification of project requirements by Kaizen methodology (Six Sigma) - Steering meeting with a Quality and Continuous Improvement expert o DMAIC methodology (mapping of current processes - SIPOC, problems identification, categorization and solutions, action plans including suppliers base rationalization- Preparation, launch and RFP analysis with definition of technical and business selection criteria (Health, Safety, Environment, pose contro process ..) - Suppliers negotiation, award and contract - KPIs, continuous improvement, annual rebate, insurance, liability, SLAs, exit clause, IP, payment terms etc ...
