• Managed all aspects related to Actuate reports in Siebel -- collected requirements, developed on-demand and ad hoc reports, enhanced existing reports, tested reports, secured user acceptance, implemented reports into production, and showed users how to search and use the company's data.• Developed several workarounds to correct undesirable Actuate features so that the quotes generated for customers met business and legal requirements.

• Resolved 97% of conflicts between departments and developers by proposing solutions that worked to the benefit of all parties.• Saved 40 hours per week spent on maintaining three legacy systems by transferring their functionality to the department's main application.• Facilitated a team who recommended over 70 prioritized improvements that decrease call length, increase customer satisfaction, and improve case detail.• Coordinated training and roll-out of upgrades to the call tracking application with no down time and a minimal increase in call time for one week after roll-out. • Transferred a manual reporting system into an automated system that included 12 daily reports, customizable queries, and ad-hoc reports, using MS Access, Excel and an ODBC link to Oracle. Later converted the reports to Actuate.• Saved one $2 million contract by resolving an incompatibility between product and the client's network.
