• Guided over 50 low-income youth, ages 17-24, into permanent jobs and higher education pathways.• Assisted youth with accessing local resources such as health care, financial aid, and counseling for drug addictions and mental health issues.

• Conducted outreach events in economically disenfranchised neighborhoods and communities of color to recruit bilingual poll workers for every polling location, secured over 100 polling locations at non-profit community-based organizations, and trained over 900 poll workers in proper polling guidelines and voting machine use.• Registered over 1,000 residents to vote contributing to a 20% increase in voter registration, performed audit functions to ensure nearly 300,000 official ballots met state election code requirements, and helped count 30,000 ballots in one day setting a county record.

• Taught International Relations, Political Science, and Public Policy courses to high school students admitted to the Stanford Pre-Collegiate Summer Institutes. • Ensured that the program ran successfully by overseeing a dormitory of 30 students, managing a staff of 5, approving timecards, establishing community norms, leading meetings, purchasing supplies, comforting homesick students, assisting with injuries, and mediating conflicts.
