- In Hotels, Revenue Manager is responsible for both strategic and tactical initiatives related to revenue maximization. As a member of the Revenue Management Department, he has the opportunity to set strategic direction, determine room pricing, create promotions, and explore new distribution opportunities on on-line portals such as Booking.com, Expedia, MakeMyTrip etc.- I work as a dedicated resource for defined regions clients of Hotel Channel Manager Product. My role is aligned with Revenue Manager as well as Deployment Engine of the hotels to help achieve their goals through our Channel Manager product. I handle configuration of the Hotel account from Room Pricing, Inventory distribution, Room Allocation, Number of different on-line platforms etc.- In my role I also handle responsibility of providing training over the Skype / Calls to the Hotelier to help understand the product potential for better utilization. For the life of the client with our product I work as an Account Manager for the hoteliers day to day queries, & respective strategy implementation. - Being an Revenue Managers on the floor, We wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned region esteemed clients. We are assigned to based on geography, channel, or market, & being the Revenue manager I am expected to take responsibility for achieving Hotel Revenue Goals, profitability,and clients objectives. We represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market.
