I also innovated new strategies to ensure the completion of over 200 unique sales projects such as interactive customer data for 3M and General Electric. Every month, I would report system findings and changes directly with service team and customers.

In this position I had to develop individualized reading programs for over 100 elementary students by evaluating each of the students’ abilities to read, speak, and write according to MN standards. In order to accomplish this task, I received training from MN Reading Corps on how to work with children, what the current education goals are in MN, and how to assess and improve English communication skills.
