• Responsible for Sales team (Headquarters, Batu Kawan, Melaka) and marketing department.• Responsible for Distributor management worldwide: Managing the distributors; providing them with clear guidance and support; setting clear goals and expectations; tracking the progress; sending quarterly reports for performance review.• Defining market targets and developing a growth strategy to generate new leads and drive pipeline growth.• Forecasting the company's revenue/achievements based on historical achievements, market surveys, and forecasts from each team member• Plan yearly activities (sales and marketing) and lead team members to understand the objectives and direction, ensuring everyone is on the same page towards the goal.• Plan and control the marketing budget, including trade show costs, travel expenses, marketing materials, digital marketing, etc.• Handle trade shows, including targeting the right/suitable exhibition, designing the booth concept, preparing marketing materials, devising strategies to attract participants, implementing strategies to boost the company's social media channels, providing training to sales personnel, and setting RFQ targets.• Develop new business opportunities with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle, including targeting, prospecting, and presenting business proposition.

Travelling to visit potential clients for discussion.• Making technical presentation on how the product will meet client needs, managing and interpreting customer requirements.• Persuading clients that we are able to provide total solution for machine and service will best satisfy their needs.• Calculating client quotations and ensure that client’s needs are meet and the company is profitable.• Negotiating the contract terms and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.• Coordinating the sales projects between customers and internal team. To ensure that the full business process in running smooth.• Offering after- sales support services.
