In addition, I took part in writing the Equality Impact Strategy and worked to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.As a Secretary, I am highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

As the National Junior Representative (NJR), I held the responsibility for overseeing and advancing projects within the Junior Branch of the national CISV. This role involved coordinating the activities of the Junior Branch Board, attending National Board meetings, and actively participating in international conferences, workshops, and projects. In my capacity as NJR, I took on the facilitation and development of educational content for numerous international seminars and workshops.
