As a National Secretary, I am responsible for managing databases, and communications, and implementing fundraising initiatives to support the mission of the organization. In addition, I took part in writing the Equality Impact Strategy and worked to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.As a Secretary, I am highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

As the National Junior Representative (NJR), I held the responsibility for overseeing and advancing projects within the Junior Branch of the national CISV. This role involved coordinating the activities of the Junior Branch Board, attending National Board meetings, and actively participating in international conferences, workshops, and projects. In my capacity as NJR, I took on the facilitation and development of educational content for numerous international seminars and workshops.

As part of my studies towards obtaining the Agronomist title, I completed agricultural training on a pea farm. This experience provided me with the opportunity to practically apply agricultural principles, both behind the wheel of a tractor and in handling paperwork.

In addition to my role as a council member, I assumed responsibility for crafting agendas and recording minutes during our monthly meetings. Collaboratively, we organized and executed events to the youth in Tuusula, and actively participated in municipal council initiatives. Furthermore, I engaged in regular attendance at meetings of both the Education and Civilization Board and the Social and Health Board within my municipality.
