Working as a pair with our Area manager, we planned our customer acquisition and sales meetings with the customers. I proved my skills in sales with the closing percent being over 50 and we were able to approximately double our turnover this year.

Between 2011 and 2018 I have worked for Swedish retail company Gina Tricot in different cities and positions from Salesperson to Store Manager. I have been working for the company since it launched it`s first store in Finland over ten years ago. Gina Tricot is now operating over 200 stores in five countries.In 2013 was my first position as a Store Manager in Jyväskylä, I was responsible for a turnover of 1,5 million euros. I had a team of 10-15 persons and I was responsible for recruiting, educating new employees and budgeting along with coordinating daily operations in the store. I was able to make our store the most efficient in Finland and the highest point of the year was when our Retail Manager chose me from all Store Managers in Finland to be a part of our global Sales development group. In 2014 I was selected to be a Store Manager in one of our newest stores in Hyvinkää. I had a team of five to ten employees and I managed and planned our budgets and organized work according to targets. I also led execution of campaigns and projects and was responsible for sales and employees. I was also happy to be selected to the global team that updated and created new values for the whole company.In 2016 I was in charge on four different stores located in three cities, Tampere, Lempäälä and Jyväskylä. My job consisted taking care of budgets, employees and coordinating weekly operations and projects. Leading four stores and around fifty employees requires independent and responsible working habits and demands ability to prioritize and delegate. Also ability to control large entities and take care of details at the same time is needed.
