Managing supply and distribution of League of Legends merchandise.Working hand in hand with counterparts in purchasing and our distribution centers and customs to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. My role encompasses many aspects of merchandise ecosysten such as: * Live event booth preparation, event planning, staffing, product selection, logistics dealing with counterfeit product sellers.* Logistics and supply needs from customs clearance and rollout of product to territories & manage relationships with wholesale vendors to managing expectations and supporting communications and planning around pre-order sales.* Internal communications working with out local country teams to ensure they are up to date on sales, announcements and potential pain points to ensure expectations are always set and that our players always receive the best possible experience.* Vendor management working with multiple third party vendors that represent Riot Games aligning them with our customer values and player focused approach ensuring a cohesive and smooth day to day operation of our merchandise business in Europe.

A webapp developed to allow players to check-in a community events and earn rewards for their continued activity at offline events within the community.

My enthusiasm for gaming enables me to move fluidly within the hectic world of live events and bring energetic and exciting experiences to European players.In this time programs I ran included:* Prize plus - Where I was the primary point of contact for all European third party organisers hosting live League of Legends tournaments throughout Europe.* Viewing parties - Leveling up, supporting and building a network of community organisers and gaming venues that broadcast League of Legends to players across Europe. * Coke cinema viewing parties - Working with other Rioters to develop a pan European plan to ensure our partners were tooled for success in their markets.*Worlds 2015 - Working with some of Europes best talent to execute on a pan European and local level community engagement opportunities, publishing and logistical operations to ensure Riots pinnacle esports event was a success.
