The Institute for Cross Cultural Management is a prestigious research institute housed on the Florida Institute of Technology campus. ICCM provides executive consulting, research support, and talent management consulting. ICCM provides services to organizations dealing with the global complexities of the workplace and leaders who wish to bolster skills related to cross-cultural competence.As Product Research and Development Manager, I lead a team of 20 analysts to develop research content and thought leadership that supports the vision and mission of ICCM. One of my current research project involves developing and validating a guided mindfulness simulation for the military which utilizes theory based AI to help facilitate experiential learning for executives. During this project, I am responsible for the full research life-cycle, from project planning to content creation. Outside of this project, I am involved with several other validation efforts for products within ICCM.
