It’s been my passion since I was in collage studying accounting, and I had to follow that at the end, so Imdad decided to hand me the charge of IT technical support on premises and remotely to cover (KSA offices, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait, offices).That included Saudi Arabia Severs, Firewalls, IP telephones and IT equipment management, so the IT equipment purchases.

I got prompted for a higher mission and expanded range of supervisor responsibilities to cover all Saudi Arabia collection and credit control activities with what I have of the available manpower and resources.So, I was the conjunction between the customer’s management and finance and my collection team, organizing and directing them based on a monthly collection plan with a weekly review, so we can meet the estimated target of monthly collection.To ensure the accurate customer’s statement of account, my role was to follow up with our finance team to post both invoices and collected payment whether it was a bank collected checks deposits or a wire transfer from which I clarify its source with the coordination with CSD and sales team, and here comes the benefit of the electronic archiving the I kept on implementing it even after I moved to the new position.Then, I send the updated A/R statements monthly to our customers after it is being reviewed by me.All that helped me stay alerted to the financial status of each customer so we can take the logical decision when it comes to approving and proceeding with any new customer deal based on his history, in both business and financial.With all that, I kept my IT skills active in the company, smoothly with the credit control position's tasks and duties.

The mission was to build a trusted and genuine relationship with the customers, which needs an accurate and updated customers information database for better and efficient communication, especially throughout the monitoring of the sales orders, new deals, and the biomedical service calls processes. Off course as a client success agent, one of my main objectives is listening to customers’ requirements and feedback and working on answering and reporting or escalating what needs to be based on the company policy. With the advantage of my accounting collage degree, following up the overdue and pending payment became one of my primer tasks, and so clearing the customer’s statements financial discrepancies as well, and weekly reporting the collections.With all that, I had to find a faster way of searching and indexing financial documents, so start the electronic archiving for the first time in the company. And with the privilege of working in computer and networking since the year2000, I did my best to maintain the office network and provide end user IT tech support.
