After a long and successful career at Jupiter, a FTSE 250 listed company, I became a non-executive director for several companies in order to continue to contribute my extensive strategic, change and operational experience.In my executive role as Chief Operating Officer of Jupiter, I was responsible for Operations, Technology (including cyber security and intelligent process automation teams) and the group-wide transformational change activities. Throughout my career I have played a key role in supporting the delivery of Jupiter’s overall business strategy, formulating and shaping the Group’s operating platform and leading strategic business change programmes.I am commercially and financially astute, with strong advocacy skills with the ability to listen and work proactively. I can see the big picture while possessing strong analytical and technical skills. I have experience in promoting a culture of inclusivity, openness, and debate, and motivating teams, with a focus on delivering great client outcomes.
