Reported to President- Responsible for all financial management amongst 3 operating companies and 5 holding companies- Manage and oversee all accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, cash flow, profitability, banking and financing relationships and transactions, projections and forecasts, budgets, vendor and customer relationships, purchasing, employee retirement accounts, and employee financial aide program- Direct contribution to corporate 49% growth, including gross margin increase from 19.5% to 24.1% and profit margin increase from 0.9% to 3.0%.- Lead contact for communication and cooperation with Plante & Moran corporate tax accountants regarding general and specific tax codes as it pertains to the industry- Oversee Human Resources director. Responsible for final decisions within human resource department, including, but not limited to talent acquisition and retention, medical benefits, payroll, insurance, and 401k

Reported to President-Responsible for new business development and cross-selling of all bank products including cash management tools and investment products.-Commercial lending: manage & expand portfolio consisting of approximately 120 small business loans with portfolio summing over $22 million.-Responsible for closing and funding the following types of loans: Residential Construction, Commercial Construction, Commercial Office, Industrial, and Medical Real Estate Refinances, Asset based/working capital lines of credit, Machinery and Equipment, SBA Guaranteed, Equipment Leasing, Unsecured

Report to Senior Loan Officer- Supervise & instruct all credit department personal, which includes: credit analyst’s, loan documentation personnel, and loan processors- Prepare, evaluate, and present commercial credit risk reports which includes but is not limited to: allocated loan loss lease reserve, collateral analysis, sic code analysis, problem loan reports and action plans, criticized and classified assets, federal home loan bank loans, loan aggregations, delinquent loans. Aide with special assets.- Review all commercial loan documentation (for all officers) prior to closings, also perform post closing reviews- Develop credit information for the purpose of making commercial lending decisions on new, renewal, and extension loans ranging from $50,000 - $6.0 million- Review all pertinent credit and financial information, including reporting services, credit bureaus, savings and loan association or banks, and bank files- Prepare all spreadsheets and financial information, and analyze financial statements and related material- Prepare monthly, quarterly, & annual in-house financial reports for Board of Directors- Prepare summary, present facts, and offer opinions of credit worthiness to senior lending officer, committee, and Board of Directors- Visit, inspect, and audit customer work-site locations, assets, and Bank collateral
