-Manage and maintain executives' schedules for 7 Executives.-Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when appropriate.-Coordinate meetings--consulting with executive team to determine objectives and requirements for events.-Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, and audio-visual equipment.-Make travel arrangements for all employees both CONUS and OCONUS.-Travel with Business Development recorded meeting minutes.-Greet, welcome, direct, and announce visitors while ensuring the visit has been authorized by the Facilities Security Officer and corresponding documents are completed and filed accordingly.

-Record a bimonthly journal entry into Quickbooks for each payroll.-Provide additional Quickbooks services as needed. -Analyze the DMR vs. Spring Ahead Report to ensure consistency in reporting to the Prime Contractor.-Create expense reports for the executive team annotating per diem and additional expense. -Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions via wire.-Assist the Human Resource Department in updating payroll hours into ADP. -Manage and oversee daily timekeeping process and reconciliation of time to ensure payroll and invoice accuracy, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system.-Provide and collect backup documentation to maintain insurance, tax, and accounting files.-Assist in creating financial management reports through data entry and analysis.-Reconcile travel expenses with company policies and appropriate regulations.-Collect and review expense reports for company policy compliance and obtain necessary approvals.-Compiles and sorts documents, monitors the corporate finance email account, and disseminates information throughout the department.-Respond to Corporate Finance Lead with accurate and timely work to facilitate their financial needs.-Support Finance Analysts/Finance Lead in a variety of tasks and special projects as required.-Ensures adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and all corporate policies and procedures as they relate to accounting and financials.
