I have more than 15 years experience in software business management as a business unit leader, account manager, solution seller and project manager with excellence in customer tailored solutions and groupware applications.Training and education matters and they have always been near to my heart. I also have more than four years experience in adult and professional training.I have Master's degree in Forestry at Helsinki University. My professional experience within the forestry includes - 2 years ESR-funded project in the Forest Management Association (metsänhoitoyhdistys) Central Finland, the project dealing with forest energy harvesting, activating and training of forest owners, training of full-time employees and co-operation with other forestry business actors- 2 years research project funded by Finnish Forest administration Metsähallitus and Academy of Finland, dealing with with forest tree seed handling, seed damages and germination quality- 2,5 years as a lecturer in the Rovaniemi School of Forestry. My specialities were forest nursery, forest regeneration, dendrology and forest environment protection. I also am a small entepreuer and owner of a medium-sized forest estate located in the central Finland. My hands-on experience consists of timber trade, wood harvesting and forest nursery.
