During my 16 years at Tesco, I have managed over 11 stores, from Tesco Metros to Superstores to Extras, taking over £1.2 Million a week with around 400 colleagues. I have improved all aspects of KPI’s from customer shopping experiences to 94%, colleague engagement to 92%, sales by 25%, reduced wastage to deliver green to company guidelines and delivered stock loss to target to 85% and increased profitability by 10%.My expansive skills include, hiring, training and developing management and staff. I have been trained to undertake disciplinary hearings, appeals and dismissals. I have developed and recognised colleagues for promotion for senior and store management roles across all the stores I have worked in, encouraging future leaders.I had been tasked with improving under developing stores within my group for many years, which I have always successfully managed to do.Through my performance reviews, I have been a green performer throughout my career in Tesco. I am people-oriented, and I understand the importance of maintaining a high level of professionalism when interacting with staff and customers.
