As a Conference Service Intern my responsibilities entail the coordination of planning and executing conference logistics; both pre-conference and onsite. Negotiating and executing detailed contracts describing facilities and services requested. Maintaining accurate expenses and billing records. Preparing budgets and creating final invoices for assigned conferences. Serving in an on-call capacity as a resource for clients and campus partners.

As a Sports Director, my responsibilities included teaching softball in a fun and safe environment at a five week summer camp and at day camps throughout the school year. My responsibilities included creating a daily plan full of skills, activities,and games to teach to the campers. I helped campers develop fundamental softball skills, sportsmanship and empowerment.

As a Buff Blends Bar Attendee my duties included explaining menu options, craft smoothies and protein shakes for athletes to their specifications, interact with athletes in a friendly, professional manner, keep station clean and fully stocked with all of the necessary ingredients, checking in athletes before they enter the fueling center, monitor who enters and exits the facility and reporting back to supervisor who came to the facility.

As a Wish Granting Intern some of my duties included assisting with the planning and coordination of wishes, arranging travel accommodations such as flights, hotels, etc., coordinating with outside vendors and companies for wish assistance, prepare wish itineraries, researching unique wishes, contacting families, volunteers and medical staff as needed, faxing and mailing documentation, data entry, and assisting with the wish referral process.Marketing Medical Outreach Project​​: ​Collaborated with the Medical Outreach Team to develop a plan of action to create and design an informational booklet about Make A Wish Colorado, the process of granting a wish, and the importance of wishes in order to bring brand awareness and increase the number of wishes granted.
