I have three career goals:1. Architecting and automating in Microsoft’s expanding Azure cloud and modern workplace, either in, or remotely from, Victoria Canada.2. Helping people, small business, and enterprise teams, tasked with cloud automations and innovations, be more agile and effective in planning, building, and governing business processes in their cloud journey.3. Working with good companies that genuinely cares about people, their processes, and our planet. Working with ethical firms and giving back is important, now more than ever.In 2022 I joined Invero Digital as Infrastructure Practice Lead. I successfully lead a talented CSP team of Azure infrastructure architects and consultants, delivering client projects for lift-n-shifts, gov plans, landing zones, AVD, and numerous app modernizations. I did pre-sales discoveries, established new tech partnerships, liaison with Microsoft, developed new business processes, and supported the Sales, PMO, MSP, and leadership teams.In 2021 I began Cloudbrains, a cloud consulting firm. My goal? To help small business, and enterprise teams be more agile and productive, by architecting and building cloud innovations, and business process using the Power Platform suite.In the last half of 2020, I took a sabbatical to extend my cloud skills, hands-on, and certifications in Azure and M365.During the preceding three years, I was a Solutions Architect at ESIT Advanced Solutions. I supervised two business-critical teams and implemented many operational changes and upgrades with positive leadership and strong team building. My endpoint team successfully rolled out Windows 10 and full workstation upgrades. My infrastructure team re-architected and fully automated Azure IAC systems for a dozen infra services, using DevOps and CI/CD on more than eighty servers.Previously, I spent ten successful years consulting internationally. I saw the world, other cultures, and helped my clients build business solutions w/ teamwork, and by leveraging cloud services, project management, infra-architecture, business intelligence, and SharePoint.The previous ten years I travelled extensively, as a certified MCT trainer, prof speaker, and seminar leader. I delivered tech certification courses, workshops, and speaking engagements on-line and in-class for global audiences.
