Provided direction, leadership, supports and held all field crew responsible and accountable for meeting their responsibilities, goals, commitments and provided the necessary information and leadership in this regard. Handled all aspects related to personnel management onsite. Made decisions pertaining to production on a daily basis. Worked side by side with carpenters, laborers and subs.Responsible for, although not limited to: scheduling, workforce planning, coordinating, supervising, assisting in cost control and ensuring the safety, consistent and fair application of all policies and procedures, proper apprentice training and productivity of all crews at the worksite.
