Managed the product lifecycle for components of a large-scale, greenfield project to design, build, and test SNHU’s next generation learning platform. The platform concept delivered new stackable credential pathways aligned to career opportunities by intentionally connecting learning experiences to skills and job categories. Responsibilities included: o Collaborating with design teams, content developers, software engineers, and SMEs to identify opportunities, explore solutions, and drive delivery of product outcomes in the following areas: • Backend development of microservices for core platform capabilities. Included the development of data models and APIs to enable learner pathway and content engagement experiences, learner achievement mechanisms, recommendations, and nudges. • Full stack development for an AI/ ML-powered application to award credit for prior learning experiences. Included the development of separate engines for parsing, analyzing, and matching external learning experience data to internal credit offerings.o Developing product roadmaps that delivered incremental value to users, fulfilled business needs, reflected the technical complexity of the project, and maintained fidelity to the product vision and strategy.*SNHU dissolved the Office of Product and Program Innovation in September 2023
