Managed the product lifecycle for components of a large-scale, greenfield project to design, build, and test SNHU’s next generation learning platform. The platform concept delivered new stackable credential pathways aligned to career opportunities by intentionally connecting learning experiences to skills and job categories. Responsibilities included: o Collaborating with design teams, content developers, software engineers, and SMEs to identify opportunities, explore solutions, and drive delivery of product outcomes in the following areas: • Backend development of microservices for core platform capabilities. Included the development of data models and APIs to enable learner pathway and content engagement experiences, learner achievement mechanisms, recommendations, and nudges. • Full stack development for an AI/ ML-powered application to award credit for prior learning experiences. Included the development of separate engines for parsing, analyzing, and matching external learning experience data to internal credit offerings.o Developing product roadmaps that delivered incremental value to users, fulfilled business needs, reflected the technical complexity of the project, and maintained fidelity to the product vision and strategy.*SNHU dissolved the Office of Product and Program Innovation in September 2023

Played a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing LRNG’s strategy for technology-enabled, community-based, learn-and-work ecosystems to connect learners to education and career opportunities. Responsibilities included: o Directing the implementation of SNHU's first learn-and-work ecosystem pilot in New Orleans, LA with five initial B2B2C partnership sites and stackable pathways from high school through postsecondary.o Leveraging market research and consumer insights to identify new program opportunities, assess conditions for pathway implementation and applications for LRNG’s digital badging platform, and evaluate growth prospects. o Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to develop and test new educational products aligned to learn-and-work pathways. o Supporting direct reports in creation and maintenance of project deliverables, status reports, and project planning.o Collaborating with strategic partners and SNHU legal and accreditation teams to secure approval for several regulatory and funding requirements.

Played a pivotal role on the team that pioneered SNHU's community partnership-based, "hybrid college" model, blending the personalized support, barrier resolution, and community connections of a campus experience with the flexibility and affordability of online learning. Responsibilities included: o Providing full-service consulting to B2B2C partnership sites in the following areas: • Program design and strategy, business development, and funding strategy. • Program initiation and lifecycle management. • Program metrics, data analysis, reporting. • Marketing strategy, asset development, and recruitment and enrollment management • Data-driven coaching practices for project-based learning.o Directing the project to test product fit and evaluate viability of market expansion of the "hybrid college" model to high school dual-enrollment and high school bridge programs. The project included management of multi-year Pell Experimental Sites Initiative and direct partnership with test sites.

Charged with building out F-1 visa, high school exchange programs as a new product line for CIEE. Responsibilities included:o Hiring, training, and supporting a team to manage a nationwide network of high school partnerships and the admissions and enrollment processes for 220 F-1 visa international students.o Implementing a new strategy to expand and diversify the partner network based on differentiated market demands and sales goals.o Developing new processes to monitor sales trends, identify bottlenecks, and make real-time adjustments. o Collaborating with marketing team to reposition, rebrand, and revise various print and digital assets.o Facilitating data migration project with the information technology team by managing the reformatting, cleaning, and transferal of data from an existing database to Salesforce.

Instrumental to the evolution and growth of the Prospect Hill Academy Upper School during a period of organizational transition by leading several initiatives that pushed the envelope of innovative academic, experiential, project-based, and service-based learning.
