Morgan Alyse Stabile is an Educator, Cannabis Activist, and Writer based out of Central Massachusetts. At her core, Morgan is the writing equivalent to the Theodore Roosevelt quote “Talk softly and carry a big stick.” While in person she prefers to be the listener on paper her voice is strong and powerful. Although she has always loved writing, it hasn't always loved her. Growing up extremely dyslexia there were many things she struggled with when writing, reading, and English in general; but she wasn't going to let her disability stop her from doing what she is passionate about. Thus she enrolled at Westfield State University as a writing major, where she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in English. Morgan also holds a TEFL certificate from International TEFL Academy. By morning Morgan is teaching English as a second language to young learners in China. By day she is educating the public on everything cannabis, from consumption laws, to strain types, to cannabis culture. Due to her learning disability one of Morgan’s positions is advocating for inclusive opportunities both in education, social, and professional spheres. She enjoys writing on that subject's other topic in the realms of social justice and equality. These topics include feminism, environmental conservation, inclusive media representation, and mental health awareness and de-stigmatization. Specificity Morgan enjoys writing both intellectually and creatively about her own struggles with an eating disorder and depression. Some of her writings on this topic have been featured on Dear Hope. Dear Hope is a mental health awareness blog dedicated to creating a safe space for sufferers to share these experiences, for information about these publishing can be found on the clippings page.Morgan is currently working on relaunching her Blog Dope Women. Dope Women was a project started during her junior year of college. Her goal is to provide entertainment and an outlet for those in the cannabis industry and culture, and to provide education for those still brainwashed by years of anti-cannabis propaganda. At its heart Dope Women is a pro legalization blog dedicated to creating a space for all women in stoner-culture and the legal marijuana industry.
