• Conducts and reports about on-site inspections of marijuana establishments;• Tracks compliance with all relevant laws and regulations through on-site visits, auditing, and inspection of records;• Responds to inquiries from all the parties, constituents, and/or the public by providing outstanding customer service in a reasonable timeframe via on-site visits, telephone, email and/or other written correspondence;• Reviews policies, processes, and oversight of marijuana establishments to ensure compliance with the regulations (examples of specific policies may include: security policies; product safety policies, sanitation, and waste disposal policies). Conducts investigations in a reasonable time frame by developing investigative plans, gathering, verifying, analyzing, and reviewing documents relating to any investigation or inquiry pursuant to state law and regulations; Conducts investigative conferences, interviews witnesses, parties and requesting production of documents through request(s) for information;• Member of the Financial Investigations Team.

• Investigates suspected incidents of healthcare fraud, waste or abuse through data analysis. • Collaborates and partners with SIU Investigators on suspected fraud, waste and abuse, which will include planning, organizing, and executing on medical reviews or audits.• Conduct interviews or correspond with providers, members, vendors or other relevant parties within scope of authority or expertise.

• Utilize loss prevention reporting tools to identify and expand organized retail crime (ORC) cases.• Liaison with field investigators as a subject matter expert to assist with ongoing investigations.• Provide analytical support to field investigators in complex cases to expedite evidence collection.

• Utilize loss prevention reporting tools to identify and investigate organized retail crime (ORC) cases at the direction of the Senior Investigator and the Regional Investigations Manager.• Proactively investigate habitual offenders who pose a risk to TJX’s employees.• Collaborating with store management and LP to identify ORC opportunities and create action plans to eliminate opportunities within the market.• Initiate and conduct investigations for individuals associated with ORC groups.• Support complex fraud investigations.
