About Morgan Barnes

I provide outreach and engagement for the Kansas Office of Broadband Development. It's an honor to support Kansas communities, as our office works to #connectallKansans.Prior to joining the Office of Broadband Development, I worked with the Public Policy and Management Center at Wichita State University. There, I delivered professional training, association management and engagement and outreach initiatives.While my core objective remains steadfast, I've broadened my focus to include empowering individuals to tell their story and effect meaningful change. Through facilitating opportunities and establishing connections, my goal is to encourage individuals and communities to realize their potential for impact.
