Created a solution where the CU can identify which members have loans at other institutions based purely on the member transactions. This includes identifying the loan type and cleaning up the variety of ways that payee can be spelled. This solution allows the CU to better create groups for campaigns that result in a doubling of effectiveness. Created an innovative member retention model that allows the CU to see which members are top of wallet. More importantly it provides the insights to adjust a members behavior into higher retention categories. Higher retention categories will allow the CU to keep the member longer but will also increase the interchange income. Used the transactional records to better determine the risk on a loan based upon the payment behavior. This not only allows the CU to better asses the risk independent of the credit score but is also utilized in creating a predictive model which can predict which loans are going to charge off over the next 90 days.Significant participation in the sales pipeline including creating sales and marketing content. Performing sales demos. Training sessions on a variety of topics like data visualization, Spotfire usage, Power BI usage, the differences between analytics tool, etc. This lead to a significant increases in total sales and value.
