At Bello Machre, the Weekend Family Living Director provides oversight on the weekend(s) for one of our campus-based or community-based residential homes, providing care and support to three (maximum of six) adults with developmental disabilities. Homes are located throughout Anne Arundel and Carroll Counties. The position ensures that our employees are helping the people we serve to learn independent living skills, plan activities in the home and community, and implement individual program plans. This supervisory position supports additional weekend staff, ensuring they are working in a safe manner and providing training as appropriate. The Weekend Family Living Director works 32 hours per weekend with the option to work every or every other weekend. The usual work schedule consists of Friday evening until Sunday evening, which requires overnight stays on both Friday and Saturday nights in a private bedroom setting.
