OnTECH Charter High School is a new community school in Syracuse, NY. OnTECH’s innovative curriculum joins project-based learning with career and technical education, focusing on the science of sustainability. The School aims to serve students who are over-aged and under-credited, drawing largely from the growing New American communities within the City of Syracuse. OnTECH’s educational program embeds English language remediation within authentic learning experiences. The School will open in September, 2018 with an inaugural class of 110 students, and grow to a capacity of approximately 400 over the next three years.
