About Morgan Burton

My personal mission statement is to mindfully lead my life with courage, joy, and authenticity; and I have, and continue to take, courageous steps towards my dreams. After working over 15 years in various customer service roles, in fields including medical and dental offices and federal Human Resources, I decided to complete my bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at Wright State University. Starting a new leadership journey to develop others and collaborate with organizations to create more efficient processes and training programs. I graduated in December 2020 with a BS in Organizational Leadership and immediately pursued my Master's degree in Instructional Design (completed April 2023). My past experiences have provided me with the necessary tools, skills, direction, and vision to step into this new leadership role. As a military spouse I am familiar with change and I pride myself with my resilience and adaptability to new environments. Additionally, I love meeting new people and building a strong networks across diverse areas. I’m dedicated to empowering and developing others to become the best they can be. With each interaction, either personally or professionally, I look for signs of growth and strive to come up with creative ideas to help them achieve even greater success. I ask questions that spark their imagination and guide them towards their dreams and potential. My positivity and authenticity set me apart from the crowd.
