Helped oversee the operation for Allegiant, Frontier, Sun Country, Iceland Air, and Southwest contracts in several locations while remaining Station Manager for the Frontier contract in Grand Rapids. While working for American Cruise Lines I learned how to satisfy guests' needs through service operation. I learned both the back of house and the front of house operation. I took joy in making sure the vessel was well maintained. I also had the opportunity to help train new interns as they came on board.
