I have a Master of Science in Educational Administration and more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. I use my educational background and skills to develop and train staff, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and create a fun and engaging environment for everyone. I am passionate about providing memorable and enjoyable experiences for the guests, while also supporting the mission and vision of Herschend Family Entertainment. I am always looking for new ways to improve the operations, enhance the guest service, and foster a positive and inclusive culture.
