Alight curently serves over 19 million people, and more than 1,400 clients which includes nearly 50% of the Fortune 500.Currently at Alight Solutions, I: • Manage Health and Welfare data and accounts for four clients, averaging a population of 28,000 active employees and 8,000 retirees • Partner closely with Client Manager to ensure extraordinary client satisfaction, which includes superior service delivery, colleague provisional training, requirements creation and maintenance, operational oversight, and the integration with our technical team• Facilitate client and team meetings when the Client Manager is not available, and act as main point of contact for the client regarding any questions or issues• Execute repeat call and customer satisfaction score analyses for multiple clients using Cognos, Tableau, Excel, and Alteryx• Present data discoveries to leadership using root cause analysis and identify training through knowledge gaps, program tool placement, and system solutions• Monitor and assist with data clean up for over 80 client account data sets• Launch and manage Jama, a new requirement organization tool, for client which includes compilation of more than 40 client requirement documents, averaging 30 pages per file, in order to efficiently move to the Jama database• Train approximately 18 Customer Service Representatives on client requirement provisions• Assist with the semi-annual recruitment and interview process for our recent graduate career development program• Create and facilitate Internal Client Acceptance Testing plans for 4 clients, where our operations team test our company benefits portal to analyze the experience a client’s employee has when managing and enrolling in benefits
