MAKE Corporation was acquired by Dexian (formerly DISYS/Signature Consultants) in September 2022-Responsible for overall performance and delivery of high-volume accounts and multimillion-dollar client portfolios. -Manage vendor relationships and work closely with MSP/Vendor Mgmt/Procurement contacts to support and prioritize response and delivery. -Oversee client VMS tools to evaluate requirement activity. Report and analyze data weekly to ensure supplier scorecards are in good standing and client SLAs will be met.-Manage recruiting and sales delivery teams to ensure vendor compliance.-Communicate staffing challenges to clients while providing market data research and unique solution offerings.-Attend vendor scorecard meetings and QBRs. Responsible for maintaining and improving account status and metrics/SLAs/scorecards.-Oversee dedicated Recruitment Teams to streamline processes to service clients. Vet and filter resumes, submit candidates/coordinate interviews, and oversee candidate onboarding. -Effectively communicate with executive leadership to develop creative approaches to support the unique landscape of each client.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

MAKE Corporation was acquired by DISYS/Signature Consultants in September 2022-Responsible for the training, development, and management of Dallas recruiting and delivery services. -Primary liaison between the Dallas Branch and corporate office. -Serve as Account Manager for our local Dallas clients.-Manage team performance and review data/KPIs to ensure team is tracking and pacing to hit or exceed monthly targets. -Conduct monthly 1x1s and create performance plans to ensure production metrics are met. -Analyze recruiter workload and assign requisitions out accordingly. Communicate prioritization of job orders between sales and recruiting teams.-Create and continually update recruiting training curriculum, materials, and plans. -Meet with Hiring Managers to discuss hiring needs and to better understand requisition requirements.
