- Manage external vendors/agencies and partners to assist in the implementation of Watercraft digital marketing initiative and programs. Provide analytics reflecting the effectiveness, traffic, and awareness for digital channel efforts.- Manage all Watercraft social media channels, maximize and track channel effectiveness, leverage channels in support of overall digital marketing and product group goals.- Accountable for the management and development of products within the eCommerce cloud. Work cross functionally with the sales group to support sales efforts and priorities. - Work cross functionality within the marketing group to support marketing, brand, and sales priorities. Collaborate with advertising, events, and PR teams, to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with brand messaging based on product group direction.- Support CRM, including e-mail marketing and tracking/analytics to support pre-and post-sales initiatives.- Support data quality and database projects ensuring digital channels are compliant with corporate guidelines (GDPR, ADA and CCPA and security standards).- Implement data-driven initiatives including CRM and marketing automation activities (with input/direction from product groups).
