Savoring Chelan is a wine-pairing cookbook that pairs wines from the Chelan Valley with recipes from the area's chefs and winemakers. The 109-page hardcover cookbook features watercolor art from Kerry Siderius, photographs by Richard Uhlhorn, and many amazing recipes that have been available in Chelan area restaurants for years.
