- Added customer value by creating a Workflow Page in the Amperity product that reports the progress of a customer’s data through the platform and provides insight into the status of each workflow task. Completed by working on Agile teams from API to UI to develop the most comprehensive way to display workflow task progress- Wrote Clojure functions to extract and format a customer’s workflow task data in the back-end web API- Designed from scratch a progress bar/bubble graphic and grids using Helix and CSS to display task information in the front-end web UI, giving customers a faster and more understandable way to see their tasks’ status and re-run failed tasks- Actively wrote web API unit tests to test my code and found/removed tech debt during each iteration

- Teaching Assistant for ECE/CS 250 Computer Architecture - Actively plan and lead discussion sections on learning how to code in C, MIPS, and Logisim - Lead personal office hours to locate bugs and inefficiencies in student's code to facilitate further understanding of key processes- Lead students in designing and implementing a 16 bit word-addressed RISC architecture computer processor- Grade projects and exams by looking for bugs and inefficiencies in programs

- Taught children from ages 8-16 and of all skill types how to sail Optimist and 420 sailboats- Race instructor for the Cohasset Yacht Club Sailing Team- Organized and led race clinics to help sailors improve their racing and technical skills- Travelled and lived with racers at regattas and coached racers on and off the water

- Designed and conducted experiments with MIT Graduate and Postdoctoral students to adhere fluorescent microbeads to E. Coli bacteria in order to facilitate separation using a centrifuge. This work will lead to a cheaper, more efficient alternative to diagnosing sepsis.

- Started mobile marine business to sell refreshments and ice cream to visitors in the harbor.
