In this role, I lead a team of full time and contract employees who collaborate to develop analytics products. Our team is responsible for end to end development including: - Data analysis- Source to Snowflake pipeline development- Azure Data Factory pipeline development- Stored Procedure and DBT metric model development- PowerBI modeling and development

I have been blessed with the opportunity to lead a team of Analytics Developers who support the needs of our department leaders and contributors through analysis and analytics development. We partner closely with BSWH supply chain leadership to perform analysis within the organization designed to monitor and improve performance. We help initiate, strategize, and manage KPIs and analytics based initiatives that will equip leaders to improve performance within the organization. We use tools like SQL, Python, Cognos, PowerBI, SSMS and SSRS to integrate, transform and analyze data. The team collaborates on projects and follows processes for documenting, commenting code, and reviewing deliverables to ensure we maintain high quality in our work.

My role enabled me to contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain technologies to ensure that hospitals and medical facilities have the information and supplies they need to provide the best possible care to their patients. My focus revolved around implementing a business intelligence platform and data mart to consolidate spend across the enterprise. I have worked closely with our Chief Supply Chain Officer and leadership team to develop and execute on a strategy to provide Analytics for supply chain spend. My role involved partnering with hospital and finance leadership to better understand the organizational needs in order to help design and create meaningful analytics that will give insight and drive data-focused decision making. I also worked closely with internal and external developers and leaders to execute on our strategy by providing guidance and oversight on the development process.

During my time at Haynes and Boone, LLP. I supported the firms Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application and contributed to analytics based initiatives. My role consisted of assisting with CRM data analysis, application configuration, and providing technical solutions to our internal customers. I also worked closely with our Director of Competitive Intelligence on several analytics projects for our internal departments including: business development, attorney recruiting, legal practices, alumni relations, and diversity and inclusion.

As a Command Center Analyst, my role involved real-time monitoring and reporting of our contact center statistics. I worked closely with a team of analysts to provide updates and reports to leadership around customer-impacting performance metrics. This role also involved using metrics to make decisions around call center staffing. I also made recommendations and executed on projects focused on improving reporting functionality and automating elements of the report development process. These changes improved the end-user experience and reduced the time and resources needed for the development of complex reports.

During my time as an insurance adjuster, my role involved working closely with customers and auto repair facilities to negotiate and ensure customers were receiving quality repairs for a reasonable price. In addition to my daily role, I worked closely with department supervisors and managers to update and modify reporting functionality. I also developed and executed on an excel reporting workshop for employees planning to transition into leadership roles.
